Castelluccio lentil soup with croutons

A traditional recipe enhanced by the unique flavor of Il Casolare Organic.

Preparations

    Coarsely chop the celery, carrot, onion and garlic.

    Boil the lentils in plenty of water for about 10 minutes.

    Sauté the bunch of thyme in Farchioni Il Casolare Organic oil, along with the celery, carrot, onion and garlic.

    Sauté well, then add the lentils. Add salt to taste.

    Add half a cup of boiling water.

    Ladle the soup into a warmed bowl.
