Spaghetti with tomato sauce and Il Casolare oil

The sauce is important but we believe the oil is even more so.

Preparations

    Bring water to the boil and add the salt.

    Sauté the garlic in Il Casolare oil.
  • 3
    Cook the spaghetti.
  • 4
    Drain the spaghetti and dress in the pan. Remove the garlic clove.

    Add the tomato puree and toss the spaghetti until you’ve got an even consistency.

    Tomato purée 300 g

    Fresh basil 3 leaves
