The Oil Extra Virgin High Catering was born from the need of Farchioni Olii to create a line exclusively for haute cuisine. The range, with unique and elegant packaging, consists of bottles sizes 250ml, 500ml and 750ml and Liter. For the kitchen was also created a 5lt format for both the Extra Virgin and the Olive that are distinguished by the strong value for money. Since 1789 the Farchioni Family has signed its products and selected them with care and experience, bringing to the most prestigious tables a unique product.

CHEF’S ADVICE

Slowly heat the apricot jelly in a saucepan with 2 tablespoons of water until it comes to a boil. Turn the heat off and brush your pie with the jelly reduction: it will make your apples shiny. Let the pie cool completely before slicing it.
