  • 4 slices Bread
  • 300 gr Tomatoes
  • 4 leaves Basil
  • 8 tablespoons Extra virgin Olive oil Il Casolare Farchioni
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • to taste Salt


  • Wash and dry the tomatoes.
  • Chop them then add salt, garlic and basil.
  • Toss the ingredients and add extra virgin olive oil.
  • Toast the bread in a non-stick pan for about 5 minutes.
  • Top it with the chopped tomatoes.
  • Add a drizzle of Il Casolare extra virgin olive oil
