Bruschetta with tomato is a classic and everyone loves it, adults and children alike. It is also easy and quick to prepare,
- 4 slices Bread
- 300 gr Tomatoes
- 4 leaves Basil
- 8 tablespoons Extra virgin Olive oil Il Casolare Farchioni
- 2 cloves Garlic
- to taste Salt
Wash and dry the tomatoes.
Chop them then add salt, garlic and basil.
Toss the ingredients and add extra virgin olive oil.
Toast the bread in a non-stick pan for about 5 minutes.
Top it with the chopped tomatoes.
Add a drizzle of Il Casolare extra virgin olive oil
