The olives, grown in dry and stony Umbrian territories, are harvested and pressed in a day to maintain the freshness of the fruits and to preserve all the aromas and flavors of freshly harvested olives. Produced exclusively with Italian olives harvested in the best production areas and processed exclusively in Italy.
