The Family Collection Extra Virgin Olive Oil comes from a careful selection of the best Italian oils and from the experience of the Farchioni Family, who for centuries has personally taken care of the production. The selected olives used for the production of this oil are collected and transported in crates directly to the mill where a fast transformation keeps intact the characteristics and organoleptic properties. The bitterness with its intensity is first distinguished by the taste and only at the end are manifested hints of spicy.

Slowly heat the apricot jelly in a saucepan with 2 tablespoons of water until it comes to a boil. Turn the heat off and brush your pie with the jelly reduction: it will make your apples shiny. Let the pie cool completely before slicing it.
