Olio Extra Vergine di Oliva DOP Umbria Colli Martani is made with the Moraiolo, San Felice and Leccino Frantoio olive varieties. Grown in the dry and stony soils of Umbria, the olives are harvested by 15 January and milled within 24 hours of picking. This is to maintain all their freshness and preserve all the aromas and flavours of fresh picked olives.
