PDO Terra di Bari

Extra Virgin Olive Oil

PDO Terra di Bari

Olio Extravergine di Oliva DOP Terra di Bari is made from the Ogliarola Barese and Coratina olive varieties that grow in the enchanting countryside of central Puglia. The olives are picked by 30 January every year and processed within two days of arriving at the mill. This ensures that the fruit is fresh and all its organoleptic properties are maintained.

CHEF’S ADVICE

Slowly heat the apricot jelly in a saucepan with 2 tablespoons of water until it comes to a boil. Turn the heat off and brush your pie with the jelly reduction: it will make your apples shiny. Let the pie cool completely before slicing it.
